Job Description

About the Role

It is a very exciting time for Leonard Cheshire’s International Team with our ambitious but well-planned growth strategy beginning to gain momentum. We are looking for people to join us on this journey of growth. This is a significant opportunity for you to support the implementation of Leonard Cheshire’s interventions in a new innovative programme, whose aim is to improve well-being and inclusion of people with disabilities in low and middle income settings. This will be achieved through international development actors who are able to access new, innovative and effective approaches to supporting people with disabilities – with focus on jobs and livelihoods and improved and high-quality data, evidence and technical support on disability inclusion routinely used for decision making.

We are looking for a talented individual to work alongside our programme lead and consortium partners in the monitoring and evaluation of Innovating Pathways for Employment Inclusion (IPEI) initiative in countries in 3 countries across Asia and Africa. This person will ensure that consortium data collection processes, analysis and reporting are in line with the MEL framework and advise the partners of the progress against agreed deliverables.  They will be responsible for the coordination and relationship management of external evaluators for the timely implementation of extensive baseline and end line evaluation.
