Programme Manager – Employment

At Leonard Cheshire we do Everything Humanly Possible to support individuals to live, learn and work independently, whatever their ability, and in this role you will lead the delivery of our employment programmes that do just that.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the employment support strategy for the largest pan disability charity in the UK, as well as leading on the delivery of our current programme activities. We want to change the employment landscape for disabled people in the UK, and currently deliver a range of employment contracts, supporting disabled people into, and nearer to, work.
You will have an understanding of disability and employment, as well as experience of developing and delivering highly impactful and effective employment support contracts and programmes, with a particular understanding of DWP and ESF funding streams. You will have strong leadership and communication skills to support and lead an experienced team to deliver a range of contracts to an excellent standard.
You will be passionate and focussed with the ability to work proactively.
