About the Role:
We are looking for a Supporter Care Officer who is eager to learn and develop their skills, to join our team based at our Head Office in Vauxhall, London.
Reporting to the Supporter Experience Manager, you will work on various administrative activities, including liaising with supporters, keeping the database updated and supporting the team with other requirements.
You will be the main point of contact with Leonard Cheshire supporters responsible for the inbound supporter care line and email, ensuring queries are dealt with effectively and on time.
About the team:
Our small but mighty Individual Giving team sits within the wider Marketing & Fundraising directorate, which is set to see significant growth in 2019/20. We’re friendly, dynamic and have ambitious targets which this role will play a critical part in achieving.
You will bring some administration and telephone-based customer service experience together with the desire to develop and progress your career in the third sector.
You will be an effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills in addition to a professional and confident manner. You will be an effective team player who can work as part of a small and dynamic team as well as independently.
