Job description

With child poverty on the rise, we are looking for incredible people to grow our work, helping us support every child who needs us. 

Are you systematic and efficient with an eye for detail? 

We need someone like you to join our office team. 

Key duties include:

  • Financial administration including all bookkeeping.
  • Implementing processes that make our work more efficient. 
  • Managing our contact database. 
  • Keeping staff records up to date. 
  • Providing all administration functions for safe recruitment of new team. 
  • Sending regular mail outs. 
  • Fulfilling the role of GDPR officer.  
  • Overseeing the charities general enquires. 

If you fit the following criteria, we think you could be perfect for this role. 

Experience

  • Exceptional data entry and record keeping.
  • Designing and implementing efficient systems. 
  • Successfully working in a small team.  

Knowledge

  • Understanding of office management processes. 
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping. 

Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • An eye for detail, highly valuing preparedness and efficiency. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
