Community Engagement and BAMER Mental Wellbeing Manager
We’re looking for a passionate, caring and experienced manager for our BAMER mental wellbeing service. You’ll run the service, manage your own caseload and lead our community engagement work.
Who are LRMN?
We offer refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants a specialist and holistic service. We advocate for people’s rights, campaign for wider change, meet their basic needs and help them improve their wellbeing.
Why do we need you?
To enhance the quality of life, choice and opportunities for adults from Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic and Refugee (BAMER) communities with mental health and wellbeing problems in Lewisham by ensuring those living in the borough have access to the support to enable them to remain active in their community through the skills and experience of community champions. To engage with diverse communities, including through community and faith groups, to increase understanding of mental health problems and overcome barriers to accessing mental health support and services.
