You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office and you will provide a professional and pro-active secretarial and admin support to our busy office. You will be responsible for ensuring all phone calls are answered and dealt with appropriately, manage the appointment booking calendar and manage email and mail correspondence. You will ensure both our paper and online file casework management system is maintained accurately and efficiently. In addition to this, you will also provide essential admin support to our team of advisers to ensure our service to clients is of the highest standard.
With some previous administrative or secretarial experience you’ll have excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise which will be vital in order to manage this busy and varied workload. You will also have a strong attention to detail in everything that you do. You will need superb interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate with people from very diverse backgrounds. You will be patient and respectful and will be a problem-solver with a positive attitude. Confident in using a range of IT packages, along with excellent drafting skills and attention to detail, you'll be capable of responding to general correspondence. Proactive and self-motivated, you can resolve any query that comes your way. With good judgement, sensitivity and a passion for helping others you'll be able to manage our busy reception. Above all your flexible and proactive approach will enable you to work efficiently within a dedicated team who are proud of the support they deliver every day.
