Women’s Engagement and Support Worker

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and caring Engagement and Support Worker who is passionate about supporting women who have experienced gender based violence (GBV) to work with refugees and migrants in London.

LRMN is a thriving organisation and one of the most established refugee and migrants organisations providing services in London, but focusing on south and southeast London boroughs. Our services include provision of specialist legal advice and information on immigration, housing and welfare, therapeutic and practical support to women who survived gender based violence, helping our service users access employment, training and volunteering opportunities, prevention of mental health problems, and helping our clients integrate and engage in their community.

You will be responsible for the delivery of our Learning and Healing programme which includes our Weekly Women’s Group (WWG) and Mothers and Kids Summer (MKS) activities. You will also provide practical support and general information to women on issues including NRPF, housing, health access, training opportunities and more.
