We are hugely proud of the professional, caring support we provide and our aim of helping people to live their own lives in their own way. We support more than 110 people across London and the northern Home Counties – from young people in their 20s to older people in their 80s and 90s.

We’re now looking for a number of Support Workers to join our team and deliver high-quality care to individuals throughout the Hertfordshire area.

Are there any benefits?

As one of our Support Workers, you’ll receive a full induction, exceptional training and support to gain industry recognised qualifications, such as the Level 3 in Social Care.

At Life Opportunities Trust, we are passionate about helping people to live their own lives in their own way. If you share our values, we’d love to hear from you.

What will I be doing?

As a Support Worker, you’ll provide an outstanding level of care and support to service users in a supported living, residential or outreach setting.

Working throughout the Hertfordshire area, you’ll support individuals with learning disabilities, as well as some with physical disabilities. You’ll empower service users to achieve their day-to-day goals and lead a full, active life.

Your duties will include:

- Helping service users to make decisions and develop their skills
- Providing personal care as appropriate
