Salary Scale: £22,859.20 - £25,812.80 (dependant on qualifications)
Working hours: Full time-week days (2080 annualised hours)
Flexible shift pattern working 4 days on 3 days off

Based in South Devon, Lifeworks provide high quality short breaks and residential care, community-based programmes and specialist further education to children, young people and adults with learning disabilities.

About the Role
We are building a new team to deliver high-quality support a young lady with learning disabilities in her new home.
You will be leading a small team to deliver practical daily living tasks to a young lady as well as a wide range of activities related to her interests and hobbies to support her wellbeing.
You will not only provide practical support to develop skills to aid her independence and achieve goals, but also emotional support and being there as a friend.
You will be responsible for the effective leading of the team of enablers to include supervisions, rotas and planning.
To be considered, you will have experience leading a team of enablers supporting people with adults with learning disabilities in a support living set up.
You will hold the minimum of a L3 Health & Social Care qualification.
