An exciting & rewarding opportunity to join Llamau’s new assessment project in Bridgend. Supporting the team to assess and support young people with a complex mix of needs, working in close partnership with other agencies. Supporting young people, to sustain their own home within a local community, and achieve their wishes for their futures. You will be working with young people to develop their understanding of the rights and responsibilities of living independently, and to build their skills to be able to do this. Salary: £25,476 per annum pro rata (£12,738)
Hours: 17.5 hours per week (35 hours FTE) (with the possibility of this post becoming full time)
17.5 hours a week. Mainly Monday to Friday 9.30 – 5pm, however flexibility is required to work outside of these hours to support, supervise & work alongside all members of the team, as well as providing support & supervision. There may also be a requirement to provide cover for direct support to young people, or supported lodgings providers, due to staff absences.
Projects Managers take part in the ‘2nd tier’ On Call rota. Providing On Call support and advice for 1st Tier On Call, with issues and emergencies they may need to deal with. This may require providing some shift cover / out of hours project attendance where alternatives are not possible.
