Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced finance administrator to join our small, friendly but busy finance team. The post holder will be instrumental in helping us to meet the increased demands on our finance team as Local Trust’s activities expand.

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the finance team, and to work closely with the finance officer to ensure that Local Trust’s routine financial administration tasks are managed efficiently and effectively.

It is important that the post-holder is an experienced bookkeeper, with knowledge of finance systems, ideally Exchequer, who can pick up our routine financial processing tasks easily, and without a lot of support and supervision. You will also be a key point of contact for finance queries from both internal and external stakeholders. Keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential to this role.
