Local Trust are looking for an exceptional individual with experience of design thinking, project management and website development or commissioning, to become Project Lead for an exciting new project - the Big Local Compendium. The Compendium will be a one-stop-shop of information about the work and achievements of the people and communities involved in Big Local, one of the most radical grant programmes ever launched by a major lottery funder, in which 150 communities have been given at least £1m with no strings attached to use as they see fit.
The Project Lead will design, create, manage and support the development and delivery of the Big Local Compendium. This is a new project and so there is a significant opportunity to shape the approach that we take right from the start, and to make a major contribution to the long-term impact of Local Trust and the Big Local programme, within the communities we support and beyond.
The role will suit someone with experience of working with design thinking and innovation approaches to develop and deliver projects, web design and managing complex projects.
