Resident Support Team Leader
Are you passionate about helping people improve their lives? Are you an experienced supervisor with excellent knowledge about a range of welfare benefits?
The Tackling Poverty Team is looking for the right person to manage the resident support outreach service.
The role involves managing a small team of officers who give basic benefits advice and application support to residents from a range of locations across the borough. You will be responsible for ensuring staff are in the locations that are best for residents, that their knowledge is up to date, customers are satisfied with the service they receive as well as day to day staff management.
This is a fixed term post until 31 March 2024 and secondments will be considered with the permission of your line manager
Interviews will be held on 5th August 2022.
