We’re looking for an exceptional marketing officer with proven digital marketing skills to help deliver our exciting plans for growth. This is a key position in our Membership and Marketing team – championing cycling, publicising success, engaging new supporters and, most importantly, recruiting new members.
In this varied role you’ll be building LCC’s profile and generating income to support our campaigning ambitions. You’ll be responsible for delivering digital campaigns and organising events to grow LCC’s supporter base; and overseeing all member acquisition marketing, including promotions to persuade London’s cyclists to join LCC.
The successful candidate will be confident using email marketing platforms, publishing content to websites (Drupal and WordPress) and using social media to support revenue generation (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Experience of delivering digital campaigns with Facebook Ads Manager and Google AdWords will be beneficial, as will strong writing skills, which you’ll deploy for writing copy from ads and emails, to articles for the LCC website and features for the members’ magazine. On top of all of this, LCC’s new Marketing Officer will bring a dynamic, can-do and entrepreneurial spirit to their work.
