We are looking for an experienced Gift Administration Manager to lead and develop the programme during a period of maternity leave. This role is responsible for the acceptance, accounting and administration of all gifts to LSE and, in doing so, the provision of a world-class experience to our donors. The role will manage a team of three specialists that maintain the day-to-day operations and systems for due diligence, gift acceptance support, income processing and income reporting.
You will have experience of managing gift administration in a large complex organisation, up-to-date and thorough knowledge of fundraising, acceptance policies and both national and international tax-efficient giving. You will also have the ability to deal with a wide range of stakeholders, including high level donors and their representatives, understanding their needs and motivations.
