LST is recruiting a part-time PA to provide administrative support to the Director of Finance & Administration (DFA) who is a member of the Executive Team.
Specific duties include administrative support (typing Minutes, taking Notes); personal assistance (diary management, processing expenses), operating as Secretary to Committees (scheduling meetings, collating documents, taking Minutes) and administering Visiting Lecturer contracts (supplying contracts, contact for invoicing queries).
This a 0.6 FTE contract and the hours can be worked in three days or across the week.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a PA and/or Administrator; be IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and email administration, and be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality with excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
All successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
