London Youth is looking for a dynamic individual, experienced in building relationships with organizations and young people, who is excited by the opportunity to support our members to run our youth-led employability programme, Future Talent.
The Partnerships Officer will support the commissioned Partner Organisations to deliver the programme on behalf of London Youth, building on their knowledge and strong track record of supporting young people into employment, and/or inspiring the younger generation to become more aware of possible future job opportunities.
The Partnerships Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the youth workers delivering on the programme have their training and support needs met and that the organisations receive opportunities to develop their practice and build their capacity. In addition, the Partnerships Officer will support the development of the Future Talent programme, through the initial “Test and Learn” phase to create a long-term offer than can be rolled out to many more London Youth member organisations.
London Youth are looking for somebody who enjoys supporting organisations in collaborating to achieve shared goals and is skilled in facilitation. As someone who has experience in developing people and organisations, you will be able to recognise areas for development and act independently to support growth, learning and development.
You need to be comfortable working with young people, youth workers and managers and excited about having the chance to develop training programmes and networks that make best use of the assets within the growing Future Talent partnership.

- Developing strong and successful relationships with various stakeholders
