This is a busy, varied and important role providing senior administration support to ensure the accurate and timely recording of employee data. Alongside this, the role ensures the London Office provides a welcoming and safe space for our team and visitors.
You will demonstrate outstanding organisational skills, the ability to identify what requires more information or action and the confidence to question data provided to ensure employee records are complete and processed accurately.
The ideal candidate will be committed to customer service, detail focussed, motivated to resolve problems and structured in their work. Core to the role is the ability to maintain reliable data, produce summary information, fix practical issues and ensure the small jobs are not overlooked.
