We are delighted to be partnering with a national charity in their search for an experienced Head of Retail & Trading.

As an experienced retail/trading manager, you’ll deliver revenue targets through the charities’ portfolio of retail/trading consumer goods. A key focus of the role will be to maintain current product lines, channels and stock, manage current supplier relationships and to deliver current revenue targets.  You will also manage a high performing team and contribute to a commercial review.

To be considered for this role you must possess a solid understanding of the principles and practices of product development, trading and retail management. You will be creative, strategic and organised, with very strong relationship and communication skills, along with the ability to manage a diverse work-load with ease.

Requirements:

• Experienced B2B retail, trading, or product development manager within a retail, consumer goods or trading environment.
• Strategic thought leadership acumen along with proven commercial strategic planning skills
• Excellent team management skills
• Strong budget creation and management expertise
• Experience of digital retail channels is highly desirable
