Recruiting for a Head of HR Shared Services (10-12 Month FTC - Maternity Cover) to join our HR Team in Westminster!

Circa £55,000 per annum, 35 hours per week, plus 25 days Annual Leave, Pension Scheme, staff discounts, healthcare and more.

To be responsible for and lead HR Shared Services - including Recruitment, On-boarding, HR Support, HR Admin, Payroll, contractual changes, HR Compliance and HR iTrent System. To be the key lead for successfully managing senior internal and external stakeholders in relation to HR Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- To ensure the provision of excellent customer service by the HR Shared Service team to all stakeholders to maximise customer satisfaction
- To lead, develop and coach the HR Shared Service team to ensure all business objectives are met and key service standards achieved
- To lead, support and work as part of the HR Shared Service team to carry out the full range of HR Admin processes including those relating to recruitment and selection, appointments and terminations, contractual variations, sickness absence, annual pay awards and benefit schemes
- Lead on building effective working relationships with Senior Managers and Managers to ensure that the service delivered is to a high standard and any issues are addressed promptly
- Lead on ensuring the recruitment service provided ensures high quality candidates, from the widest pool of diverse talent to be recruited safely in the shortest time to hire and on boarded in an engaging and effective way
- HR lead on iTrent ensuring the system functions effectively and overcome any day to issues by engaging with the relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Be the HR lead for iTrent development projects
- Ensure all communication internally and externally from the HR Shared Service team embodies the Feel at Home branding
- Ensure compliance with all Audits relevant to HR Shared Services
- Ensure Safer Recruitment practices are adhered to
- Oversee all aspects of resourcing including managing Bank Support Workers and managing the Agency PSL
- Ensure agencies are audited at least twice yearly for compliance with our processes
- To build effective working relationships across the People Team to ensure a seamless provision of People services and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accurately check and sign off the payroll changes made by HR Shared Services within the timescales required each month
- Review HR shared Service relevant Policies and keep up to date and in line with best practice
- Lead on and work with People leads on relevant training for managers relating to Recruitment, iTrent and HR Induction
- To ensure data accuracy on all HR Shared Service related systems and documents
- Lead on strategic HR Shared Services related projects within the People Strategy
- Lead on effectively managing external relationships with key outsourced aspects of recruitment and selection and the HR System
- Effective management of the annual Recruitment budget
- Be the key point of escalation within the HR Shared Service Team
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Policies and Procedures and to ensure the Team also understand and comply with them
- Required to work 7 day on call senior management rota at least twice a year
- Any other duties as reasonably required within the role
- This role requires a Enhanced DBS
