Job description

The Administrator will work closely with the team who are designing and delivering the training to ensure that online events, learning and training opportunities are organised and coordinated to a high standard.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Setting up basic systems for ensuring training and online learning events are well organised.
  • Ensuring that these systems improve as we learn more about what works and doesn’t in practice.
  • Working with the team to use different IT platforms to deliver the training and communicate with participants.
  • Keeping a close track on current and existing participants ensuring each cohort has a good mix of participants.
  • Communicating with course participants to ensure they are well informed, sharing information such as the timetable of sessions, projects and group sessions.
  • Providing follow up information or guidance on how to engage in activities between sessions.
  • Ensuring that each interaction relating to events is friendly, efficient and engaging
