The Administrator will work closely with the team who are designing and delivering the training to ensure that online events, learning and training opportunities are organised and coordinated to a high standard.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Setting up basic systems for ensuring training and online learning events are well organised.
- Ensuring that these systems improve as we learn more about what works and doesn’t in practice.
- Working with the team to use different IT platforms to deliver the training and communicate with participants.
- Keeping a close track on current and existing participants ensuring each cohort has a good mix of participants.
- Communicating with course participants to ensure they are well informed, sharing information such as the timetable of sessions, projects and group sessions.
- Providing follow up information or guidance on how to engage in activities between sessions.
- Ensuring that each interaction relating to events is friendly, efficient and engaging
