This is a fantastic role for a creative person who wants to take their first steps into a career in fundraising, specifically in the areas of events, community and digital fundraising.
Working in a small, close fundraising team you will have the opportunity to work across all income streams as you support the entire team with their social media needs. You will also have the chance to learn and contribute to all areas of our fundraising activity, managing many of your own projects in the area of events and digital fundraising, enabling the organisation to maximise its income.
You will be involved in all stages of activity from planning to marketing to project managing, and will have responsibility for maintaining and growing all online fundraising and implementing activity plans to generate income through these activities.
With a higher level of education or relevant qualification, you will have an understanding of the role of fundraising in the charity sector and experience of effective team-working. This role needs the creative ability to produce fundraising materials, e-comms and engaging social media posts. We are also on the lookout for experience of events, social media platforms and website management.
We are looking for a team player with a “can do” attitude, who is organised, with a willingness to learn and develop their skills. If you are motivated, enthusiastic and have a desire to succeed then this is the perfect role for you.
