Job description

As the current post holder is having to move on after a short but successful tenure, we are looking for a person with a proven track record  in managing a team to oversee all of the operations of The George Müller Charitable Trust (Müllers). This role will suit a good communicator who has experience in leading and supporting staff across a range of day to day activities and the ability to supervise and motivate a team. The post holder will be responsible for developing the office environment and implementing new systems across the Charity supporting the ongoing work of the Trust.

The post holder should have a real interest in: 

·         the ongoing legacy of George Muller both in Bristol and beyond

·         Christian mission in the UK and overseas

·         the importance of churches serving their local community.

The Charity leader will report directly to the Trustees of the Charity and play a key role in implementing the strategy of the Charity.

This role is  a fulltime position but could possibly be performed on a part time basis of at least three days a week. Please state your preference in your application. There is some flexibility around working days and hours. The salary is expected to be £36k per annum or full time equivalent. It is an occupational requirement that the post holder be a committed Christian.
