Dual location: London & Home based

About the role
Macmillan’s fundraising income has been impacted heavily by the pandemic. Now is a critical time for us to revolutionise our income methods and goals, so that we can continue to provide support to the millions of people who need us now, and in the future.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering our Divisional strategy and shaping our Corporate Partnerships strategy to increase our income over the next 3-5 years, building and maintaining a strong portfolio of high-value long-term partnerships. You will encourage innovation and embrace thought leadership, for Macmillan to continue growing a sector leading portfolio of partnerships. As a technical expert, you will support and inspire your team to secure and grow commercial and strategic partnerships to deliver income and impact for people living with cancer.

About you
You have a track record in developing corporate partnership strategies, resulting in significant multi-million pound income growth. You have a proven ability to build excellent relationships and networks to deliver your team’s ambition. You are a strategic and critical thinker with experience in identifying areas of opportunity across the portfolio to deliver higher income targets.

You have substantial experience in leading and coaching large teams to secure and grow £1m+ relationships with companies over multiple years. You are an experienced leader who can motivate, coach and manage a multi-disciplinary team in a high-performing culture. You have proven commercial acumen in a public or private context, and have managed multi-million pound budgets.
