Job description

Maggie's have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Officer to join the team at our Glasgow office on a maternity cover contract. 

You will demonstrate strong financial experience and excellent communications skills to manage and maintain the Hansa accounting system, including ensuring that the system is complete, accurate and up to date.

This will involve performing daily reconciliation of the bank account and providing information to Supporter Care Team, and checking Gift Aid claims. 

You will manage the data on the Accounting system, Hansa, and the interface with the Fundraising database, including highlighting areas where systematic improvements need to be made, and communicating these to the relevant people.
