As part of this mission, the Operations Team delivers support to teams across the organisation in the areas of Logistics, Finance, HR, IT and Office management. In 2020 we launched our new 5-year strategy, one part of which was to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the way we operate as a charity.
The role of the Finance Supervisor is to support the Head of Finance with the management of the financial operation of the charity. Managing the day-to-day finance functions to maximise internal efficiency, contributing to the development of best practice financial processes. Providing professional support to, and collaborating with, colleagues and stakeholders covering all aspects of Finance.
The ideal candidate will have bookkeeping and accounting skills and experience working with accounting software, conducting complex reconciliations across sales and/or purchase ledger functions
