Major Donor Manager

Accountable to:          Director of Development

Location:                      This post will be based at the charity’s headquarters, Bletchley Park, near Milton Keynes.  There is some flexibility for remote working for the right candidate.

Bletchley Park Trust is looking for a creative and innovative Major Donor Manager to join its ambitious and highly performing development team at the launch of an exciting capital campaign in 2017.

You will use your exceptional communication skills to increase philanthropic engagement of ultra high net worth individuals. With a track record of soliciting and closing major gifts (£50k+) and personally securing gifts of six figures and above with face to face asks, you will work strategically and proactively to identify and build relationships with senior level supporters and stakeholders. You will support the Director of Development in setting up a Development Committee to drive the campaign and help shape the future of this iconic wartime site.
