Partners for a New Economy (P4NE) is an international donor collaborative of philanthropic foundations, hosted by Swiss Philanthropy Foundation, with the vision of our economy redesigned for nature and all people to flourish. Our website gives more detail on our grant-making and field-building activities. Our six funding Partners are based in the UK, Switzerland, Denmark and the United States, and our current staff team, led by Director Jo Swinson, has 5 people (3.3 FTE) all of whom work remotely (currently based in the UK, Denmark and Switzerland).
Responsibilities to include:
- Managing the Director & Programme Officer’s diaries
- Arranging online and in-person meetings and events
- Booking travel and accommodation for the Director and Programme Officer
- Working closely with the Programme Officer and Director to provide administrative support around our grant-making
- Providing support and completing administrative tasks, as required, to contribute to the activities of the P4NE team

We are recruiting for an Enabling Environment Lead to work with the Enabling Environments team. The successful candidate will have knowledge and/or experience of working psychosocially with providers and recipients in the Criminal Justice and/or Health and Social Care Sector.
This a role is to support the development of an Enabling Environments (EE) culture in a range of settings. The role of the Enabling Environment Lead is to work closely with providers and recipients in each setting to embed EE principles and values in all aspects of their day-to-day work.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering a programme of knowledge and awareness of Enabling Environment principles and values; working alongside senior management teams, frontline staff, and recipients of the service to develop an enabling culture and then to support them to prepare for an Enabling Environments assessment. The role involves sharing learning across services and supporting members services to evaluate and publicise their achievements. The EE Lead will work with the programme manager to develop a training programme and quality improvement tools that can be adapted for use across other services.

About Social Change Lab
Social Change Lab is a nonprofit conducting and disseminating social movement research to help solve the world’s most pressing problems. Historically, social movements conducting disruptive campaigns seem to have been crucial in driving significant political, social and economic change. Despite this, there has been little research systematically analysing the effectiveness of social movements and the strategies or tactics that most influence the success of these campaigns. Our research addresses this neglected knowledge gap and provides actionable advice to advocates and philanthropists working on a variety of important issues, with a focus on animal advocacy and climate change. Oasis Project is recruiting a Head of Fundraising and Development. As Head of Fundraising and Development, you will work with our board of trustees, senior leadership team and staff. You will manage and develop the fundraising, communications, and marketing functions, to promote the implementation of Oasis Project’s new strategy for 2024-27. You will lead and deliver on income generation targets which support the mid and long-term sustainability of Oasis Project. You will be an experienced fundraising manager, with sound bid-writing experience who is looking to move into a senior leadership role. You will be part of an award-winning charity, with an incredible team of staff across three premises in Brighton and Hastings.
You will have:
· Fundraising experience (with trusts and foundations) working in a management level role within a voluntary sector organisation, wanting to or having progressed into senior leadership.
· Experience in financial management, budgeting skills, with a high degree of IT literacy.
· Experience in thinking strategically and developing operational business plans.
· Demonstrable experience of working in a fundraising and development role with a focus on income generation and fundraising strategy development.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to enthuse, motivate and develop teams of people to deliver results.
· Ability to write clear and persuasive documents including bids, marketing materials and board reports.
· Commitment to mirroring Oasis Project values in day-to-day work – collaboration, care creativity and learning.
· Proven track record of securing funding in a tough financial climate, including through trust and foundations and government contracts.

About The Role
Rare opportunity to join the Senior Management Team of an award winning charity with a unique offer spanning youth work and creativity.
As Head of Creative you will be an integral part of our Senior Management Team, sharing collective responsibility for the overall running of the charity.
The Head of Creative leads on the delivery and development of the creative offer, including our agreed programme of artistic and creative programmes for 10-25 year olds, events including exhibitions and productions led by young people, our schools programme where creativity and youth work are co-delivered to ensure young people at risk of disengaging from education remain inspired and supported in school, and our youth voice programme which ensures that young people are placed firmly at the heart of everything we do.

Main responsibilities
● Lead from the front to drive our relationship-based fundraising operations and strategy including regular giving, philanthropy and corporate partnerships

· Development Initiatives: Proactively identify and implement strategies for the continuous development of AMUSF, considering improved services, effective communication, and advocacy opportunities. Establish a strong connection with members through visits and collaborative efforts.
· Membership Acquisition and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement efficient systems for handling inquiries from prospective members. Drive membership acquisition with the aim to double membership in the next 2 years. Oversee the assessment of new and existing members, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
· Complaints Management: Take charge of the complaints system, ensuring timely responses, informal resolutions, and formal assessments when necessary. Navigate diplomatically through communication with both complainants and members.
· Training provision: Collaborate closely with the Director of Training to support and maintain the training centre qualification system as well as the training assessment process ensuring alignment with our high standards.
· Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including task delegation and handling of routine activities. This role is supported by an administrative position.
· Committee Participation and Board Management: Actively participate in relevant committee meetings, evaluating the ongoing value of AMUSF's representation. Serve as the secretary to the Board, ensuring efficient organization and follow-up actions.
· Event Coordination: Arrange and oversee the Annual General Meeting and Ordinary General Meeting, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
