We are recruiting seven new Deanery Transformation Support Officers who will play a key role in building capacity to deliver our transformation programme for the Diocese of Manchester and help our diocese deliver our 2030 vision. In this role you will play a key role in connecting people, sharing best practice across the diocese and helping parishes see their visions become a reality.
We’re looking for individuals with proven experience of working in church contexts (in either a paid or voluntary capacity) together with experience of project management, event organisation and working with a broad demographic of individuals. All the roles are home-based and will work closely with our new Area Deans, Mission Community Leaders and parishes. If you have a passion for helping the church grow, nurture and serve its community this could be the role for you.
