As Commercial Operations Coordinator you will become a critical part of the team, helping to support all areas of The Factory’s commercial programme, from live events and sponsorship, through to merchandise and branded content partnerships. An experienced project manager / coordinator able to support on and manage multiple projects with strong financial acumen, and a passion for exploring new initiatives, revenue management and modelling

Supporting the commercial team whilst also working closely with the finance team and a number of other income generating departments, this is a critical hire as the organisation transitions towards opening The Factory in 2023.

The essential skills for this role are:

• Strong project manager who can focus on the essential, prioritise ruthlessly, dive into the details, and thrive in simplifying the ambiguous into actionable plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills: ability to liaise with all levels of the wider business teams across the organisation
• Passion, ambition and eagerness to challenge the status quo and drive positive change in the organisation
• A proactive, 'can do' attitude, with the flexibility and resiliency required to deliver results
• Commitment to championing representation and inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds
