Manchester Mind has been delivering services since 1989 and have developed a range of highly respected services for young people and adults living in the City. We are working with Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust in the delivery of an assertive outreach pathway within Community Mental Health Teams and Manchester Mind staff are employed within these teams to support that delivery.
Salary: £22,401 pro rata (£11,200 actual)
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
