Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation Manager
A rare opportunity has arisen with MannionDaniels and we are looking for an exceptional and creative Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation Manager, with proven MEL achievements.
This role will suit a person who is passionate about MEL and the use of data and evidence for decision making. You will appreciate the importance of being able to demonstrate impact results using rigorous data and about the use of evidence to adapt approaches and steer learning. This person will want to build relationships with other organisations and networks working on MEL to identify opportunities for collaboration to grow the MEL workstream within MannionDaniels.
The majority of the role will be supporting two major civil society funds whose aims are to provide grants to CSOs in multiple countries to address the global goals. The role has responsibility for portfolio level reporting and generating aggregated evidence of impact. This person will lead on collating and analysing both quantitative and qualitative data at the aggregate level, providing recommendations for adaptations. This person will promote the use of quality data, supporting CSO partners to demonstrate impact. This role will monitor individual grant and portfolio performance, identifying areas for course correction. Directing the learning agenda within the funds, with external stakeholders and within MannionDaniels is also an integral part of the role.
