Volunteer and Activities Coordinator, 4 days/week

The Volunteer and Activities Co-ordinator leads on volunteering across Manor Gardens Welfare Trust, including recruitment, administration, induction, support and feedback, and retention. This will include working closely with colleagues to ensure the recruitment of suitable volunteers to opportunities which are meaningful. The Volunteer and Activities Co-ordinator will support volunteer development, including individual personal and professional development, and support them into work if appropriate.
