Ideally candidates will have recent, relevant experience in a similar role. An in-depth knowledge of fundraising principles, methods and procedures and have experience of recruiting and managing volunteers and fundraising groups. We're open to applications from candidates who haven't worked in the charity sector before, you must be able to clearly demonstrate relevant transferable skills and experience in line with the essential criteria outlined in the person specification within the job description.
The nature of fundraising activity requires flexibility and in return for your commitment to evening and weekend work, we will strive to help you enjoy a strong work life balance. Additionally, as the role will involve lots of travel, you should have a full UK driver's license.
