Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

The Head of Compliance leads the Marie Curie Compliance Team and will strengthen the core compliance function to oversee and coordinate Marie Curie's corporate compliance activity.
This role will play a major role in ensuring that the corporate policies laid down by the organisation are strictly followed and adhered to by all department members, and that the messaging and the behaviour of the organisation reflects the rules and regulations of the charity. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in charity compliance matters, including systems for policies, procedures and guidance, insurance, charity regulation, data protection and information security.
You will have experience in building successful working relationships across an organisation and be comfortable working with people from different functions. You will be a proactive communicator able to convey complex technical issues clearly and offer clear and pragmatic guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders, both face to face and using a variety of channels. Building and maintaining relationships will come naturally to you and is vital to support our ambitious change programme across our diverse teams.
