Salary: £45,753 - £51,668 per annum

We are seeking a Head of Quality and Clinical Practice to provide professional leadership for all non-medical clinical staff across South and East Scotland as part of a Placed-based Leadership team to ensure delivery of a person-centred, safe and effective care model with a focus on compliance, governance and risk mitigation.
This is senior role reporting to the Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships & Services for Scotland and working alongside the Head of Operations and Medical Director for Scotland South and East based at our Edinburgh Hospice. The successful post holder will provide high quality clinical and professional leadership to ensure the delivery of effective, efficient and high-quality care pathways.
What we are looking for:
- Evidence of improvement and change management
- Expert knowledge of governance, quality improvement and risk management
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience of working at a senior level in health and social care in the private, public or third sector
- Demonstrable experience of governance/clinical governance, quality and continuous improvement.
