The London Public and Private Sites Regular Giving Manager is responsible for managing, training and developing are in-house team of F2F fundraisers across the London and home counties. We work in both Private venues as well as traditional High streets. With the aid of a deputy manager we are looking to grow an already well-established team.
We are looking for a manager with the ability to remote manage large volumes of (approx. 25 - 30) temp staff effectively, whilst achieving results. You will need to have had extensive experience of managing and training "Face-to-Face" Fundraising / sales teams as well as evidenced experience in achieving financial and other results based targets.
Willingness to work some anti-social hours is essential.
