As a Secretary/Receptionist you will provide support, information and assistance to telephone callers, visitors and colleagues whilst maintaining good working relationships and effective communication both within Marie Curie and between external agencies.
You will develop and maintain systems to ensure efficient management of information held in both computer and manual filing systems.
You will also be expected to arrange patient appointments and professional meetings on behalf of the departments and produce attendance lists as well as manage the compilation of staff rotas.
The successful candidate will be required to cover reception on a regular basis as and when required.
What we are looking for:
- Significant Reception/Secretarial experience
- Experience within a customer service setting is desirable
- Ability to Display empathy and humility when dealing with patients and families
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
