Title: Regional Office Administrator

Based Home and Office based in Tiverton

As a Regional Office Administrator, you will form part of an energetic, compassionate, and friendly team where you will be responsible for the coordination of all administration relating to the Regional Team. You will working closely with our Regional Staff and act as a link between the central departments and region.

As the first point of contact for the regional team, you will receive visitors, handle incoming calls, and deal pro-actively with enquiries and support communication within the regional office. This will include general office duties as well as full secretarial support, producing correspondence, reports, minutes, management information, presentations and other documents - to include audio/copy/dictated methods. You will also organise and maintain working diaries for the regional team, making appointments as necessary, as well as arranging travel and accommodation arrangements from time to time.

This position will be home and office based in Tiverton due to COVID restrictions. The Regional Office is open 5 days a week Monday - Friday. Although our services operate 365 days a year and services operate 24/7, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

What we are looking for:

  • IT literacy with proven administration experience and the ability to work under pressure
  • Professional and sensitive telephone manner are essential, you will be an essential link between our care staff and our clients.
  • Experience of working within a customer service environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise your work, juggling a variety of changing demands will be key
  • Experience in MS excel, word and outlook is essential
  • Experience of working with databases and organisational systems.
  • A problem solver who can take proactive action to address any issues
  • A desire to help others
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment as juggling a variety of changing demands is key
