Location: This role can either be based at our office in Northampton, our hospice in West Midlands, or our Head Office in London
Travel across South East England will be required as part of the role
up to £40k (inclusive of London allowance if role is based in London office)

The Senior Regional HR Advisor provides high quality HR generalist coaching and advisory services to employees and business leaders enhancing the employee experience. This role is part of a large national HR team in multiple UK locations. The employee population includes employees on non-standard terms and conditions and may also include some who are part of unionised groups.

What skills & experience are we looking for?
You will be a strong HR generalist and extensive high-volume case management experience. A willingness to learn and lead in line with our Marie Curie values and team ethos you will have excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills with a commitment to delivering five-star customer service and a coaching management style.
You will have recent experience of working in a similar sized, fast paced organisation with multi-site responsibilities.
