Salary: £39,034 - £44,000 per annum (plus £3500 London Allowance if applicable)
Hours/Contract: 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Based: Any UK base considered but with regular travel to London

This role will support the strategic focus of the Head of Volunteering in growing the volunteering programme and increasing the contribution of volunteers, taking Marie Curie to the forefront of volunteering in the UK.
It will also support in the development of a high-quality volunteer experience for all those who choose to give their time to Marie Curie.

You will be responsible for volunteer development, significantly the deliver of high quality operations in all volunteer regions.

You will have strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and will be able to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels in the organisation.

With a background in volunteer strategy, management, you will support the development of new and existing volunteer opportunities that give a significantly greater number of people the chance to support and engage with the charity, and help deliver the strategic objective of the charity to be better known and understood, growing volunteer support and delivering more care to patients and families.

Managing the team of Regional Volunteering Business Partners you will be a creative and innovative leader and you will be able to demonstrate your ability to initiate and grow ideas for new volunteer services and activities.
