Marketing and Communications Coordinator (Services)

Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator (Services) for a student related organisation in order to develop and implement marketing and communications plans for all organisation service areas to increase awareness, engagement and satisfaction. This will be a temporary role (2 months contract) based in London.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Research and produce analysis to understand what students want, need and expect from the organisation services
Implement the marketing plans to agreed budgets and deadlines
Produce regular reports and analysis tracking the success of campaigns and tactics and producing recommendations for improvements
Increase the diversity of marketing tools used in the organisation campaigns including film, photos, and social media
Produce and provide content for regular newsletters and other communications channels

In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience:

Experience of working in a busy marketing and communications team
Experience of a range of marketing disciplines including; advertising, direct marketing, digital, customer service, events, membership marketing and experiential marketing
Experience of writing copy for a variety of online and offline channels and to a range of audiences
Experience of using databases to segment and target customers/members
Experience of working within brand guidelines
