Shine is looking for an experienced individual to help raise the organisation’s visibility to enhance its services and fundraising.
We are looking for a qualified, energetic and experienced individual to help raise the organisation’s services visibility on a national scale. You will also develop fundraising products to increase income and deliver these through multi channels including digital to multi-segmented audiences.
The Marketing and Comms Manager will help deliver the 5 year strategy and objectives and ensure clarity, consistency and protection of brand, language and reputation. This role will reinforce the business plan narrative.
Shine’s central Marketing and Comms team is an internal ‘agency’ for the charity providing integrated marketing and communications support across the organisation including Shine’s services and fundraising using multi channels.
Purpose of job
Effectively communicate with clarity the services Shine provides to current and prospective service users and stakeholders at a national and local level
Provide integrated support, and project manage marketing campaigns including the production of service and fundraising marketing materials
To act as a guardian of the brand with respect Shine’s agreed branding and messaging
To ensure the appropriate use and storage of Shine’s and other images both in print and electronically
