We are looking for:
Oasis Project is recruiting a Head of Fundraising and Development. As Head of Fundraising and Development, you will work with our board of trustees, senior leadership team and staff. You will manage and develop the fundraising, communications, and marketing functions, to promote the implementation of Oasis Project’s new strategy for 2024-27. You will lead and deliver on income generation targets which support the mid and long-term sustainability of Oasis Project. You will be an experienced fundraising manager, with sound bid-writing experience who is looking to move into a senior leadership role. You will have:
· Fundraising experience (with trusts and foundations) working in a management level role within a voluntary sector organisation, wanting to or having progressed into senior leadership.
· Experience in financial management, budgeting skills, with a high degree of IT literacy.
· Experience in thinking strategically and developing operational business plans.
· Demonstrable experience of working in a fundraising and development role with a focus on income generation and fundraising strategy development.
· Strong leadership skills and the ability to enthuse, motivate and develop teams of people to deliver results.
· Ability to write clear and persuasive documents including bids, marketing materials and board reports.

As Marketing Lead, you’ll head up the marketing to our Employer and Higher Education (HE) audiences - from crafting compelling email campaigns to growing our audience on LinkedIn. You’ll be working as part of a small marketing team, alongside our: Head of Marketing (your line manager), Marketing Lead for UK and International schools, Events Manager, Events Leads, and Events Assistant. You’ll also be working closely with our Video team to make sure video content aligns with the marketing strategy, as well as our Employer and HE partnerships teams.
What we’re looking for

The UI/UX designer will be responsible for producing an effective, visually appealing and intuitive digital experience for our donors. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both UI and UX design, with a strong understanding of user-cantered design principles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce user-centric engaging designs for our new website redesign and upcoming mobile application.
Reporting to the Creative and Brand Manager, you will also act as a guardian of our brand identity.

· Create high quality, engaging designs for the new website redesign and upcoming new mobile application which will allow us to better communicate and engage with our donors and potential donors. This is a key project for FY24, and will take up most of your time within this role – key tasks to support our digital transformation include but not limited to:
o Produce wireframes, flows, mock ups and prototypes which put the donor at the heart of the journey.
o Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing.
o Ensure consistency and brand integrity across all design elements.
· Collaborate with developers and marketing professionals to deliver designs based on learnings. You will be part of a team of three creatives, headed up by the Creative and Brand Manager.
· Support in conducting user research and testing.
· Support in creation of other creative assets as needed, especially during our busiest period over Ramadan.

The Role:
The Marketing Executive will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across channels such as organic social media, paid social, paid media, as well as supporting offline marketing efforts. You will report to the Social Media Manager, but this role will support across all of the marketing functions. Responsibilities:
· You will support the delivery of our marketing strategy across all existing channels, as well as new ones we seek to test. This includes but is not limited to:
o Support on organic social media including the creating, scheduling and reporting of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X and LinkedIn with support from the Social Media Manager.
o Support on paid social media including the creation, scheduling, optimising and reporting of content across Meta and TikTok with support from the Social Media Manager.
o Support of our paid search efforts in accordance with our agency’s directions.
o Support on the TV appeals, OOH, events and more as needed.
· You will support the Social Media Manager and Marketing Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

The Role

This Marketing and Communications Executive role is pivotal in inspiring our supporters to further engage with our cause.
