We are currently recruiting for a F2F Fundraising Performance Coach's. The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of excellent fundraising results and fundraising compliance standards and specifically the delivery of performance improvements in our F2F fundraisers through coaching, training, and continuous development. The role will also involve direct fundraising where you will be expected to meet a personal target.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for coaching the performance of multiple teams in the region that will consist of lone workers, pairs of fundraisers to bigger teams as the income plan increases.
- Responsible for an individual fundraising target and set of KPI’s that include inspiring people to become long-term monthly donors, generating income through contactless one-off donations and acquiring newsletter prospecting sign ups in a range of locations including residential door-to-door, town and city centres, private venues, and events and more commonly on our private land, the canal and river Towpaths.
- Acting as a hands-on fundraiser who leads by example, delivering fundraising income through signing up Friends and generating contactless income whilst demonstrating the Canal & River Trust ‘s values and behaviours.
- Generating income and being present on-site to visit fundraising teams, fundraise with them, cover sickness absence, coach performance, provide training & development of fundraisers, reinforce our culture of health & safety, embed compliance standards.
- Provide phone coaching and in-person coaching of fundraisers to support meeting their targets and KPI’s and in individual cases working with fundraisers to improve their results from their current level of performance to the required standard by equipping them with the technical and psychological training to work to their very best.
- Identify training requirements and deliver on and off field training and coaching to grow income.

- Undertake mystery shopping, observations and internal quality control auditing of values, behaviour, and fundraising technique.
- Support and deputise for the Regional F2F Fundraising Manager by providing cover when they are on leave to support the regional strategy of inspiring new supporters and generating income through contactless giving to the F2F Fundraising programme. This includes taking responsibility for the regional fundraising targets and KPI’s.
- Working with our partner recruitment agency to arrange interviews, send out communications to candidates and sit on the interview panel with the aim of recruiting and onboarding new F2F fundraisers into the F2F programme.
- Support the delivery of performance incentives and setting up/editing teams on Evergiving and the rota.
- Provision of daily reports of observations and actions taken, areas of success, results for that day and areas of training and development identified.
- Process all sensitive and data protected information obtained by donors as confidential and in a safe and secure manner in line with the Trust’s GDPR and Security Procedures.
- Carrying out Daily Compliance training, Charity conversation, case for support and storytelling practice and Health and Safety training sessions as per directed by the Regional F2F Fundraising Manager.
- Manages feedback and complaints in a professional manner and follows the complaints process and communicates details to Regional F2F Fundraising Manager so it can be addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Driver’s License is essential (requirement for Business insurance)
- Performance management and coaching qualifications are desirable.
- Training qualifications are desirable.
- Knowledge and experience of working within the CIOF, Fundraiser regulator code of practice.
- Significant experience of working in face-to-face fundraising industry.
- Track record of successful individual fundraising and Team leading, meeting performance targets and KPI’s.
- Experience of increasing income through performance coaching of fundraisers.

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Brand, Content and Storytelling team to manage the Sustrans UK-wide social media channels.
As the Social Media Officer, you will work across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formally Twitter), Instagram and YouTube. You will work closely with the Storytelling Officers and Media Officers to adapt relevant content to suit different channels and audiences in line with our strategic goals.

Purpose of Role
We are looking for an insightful and pro-active Data Analyst. This role is based within our Income and Marketing Department, reporting to the Head of Membership and working closely with our IT team.
You will lead the delivery of the Ramblers’ supporter selections, design and implement data solutions to drive supporter engagement and increase efficiencies and deliver data insights to staff members and volunteers about our audiences. We are looking for someone with experience in Python, SQL and Tableau.

The role
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the organisation to use data in its operations, using first party and third-party data sources to facilitate more informed and reliable decision making. Ensure data is relevant, accurate, and accessible by creating, maintaining, and promoting dashboards (through Tableau) for staff and volunteers.
- Lead on developing and improving new processes and automations to save organisational time and increase supporter engagement. This will include marketing automations such as welcome journeys for members.
- Deliver data selections in a timely manner, utilising insights to improve response, and where appropriate segmenting data. Support teams in developing testing plans to improve future outcomes and provide data insights following the campaigns and recommendations for future.
- Create and maintain processes allowing for self-service of simple or regularly scheduled selections by staff members (currently accessed through Tableau).
- Share responsibility for data imports within the organisation. Provide support as appropriate to the IT team to ensure information flows between our systems (Salesforce, the Data Warehouse, Mail Chimp etc) in an accurate and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Income and Marketing Department to develop and implement data driven approaches to income generation forecasting and increasing supporter engagement.
- Maintain accurate supporter information in an accessible and secure way through IT systems such as the CRM and Data Warehouse in accordance with data and charity legislation.
This role works within the Income and Marketing Department, and the majority of the work is focused on supporting this Department. The post holder however would be providing support across the organisation and would work very closely with our IT team.
To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required of the post holder by the Ramblers.

Knowledge and Experience
Essential:
- Familiarity with a general-purpose programming language ideally Python (majority of processes currently built in Python)
- Experience using Tableau
- Knowledge and experience of SQL
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical terms and process in an appropriate way for a variety of audiences
- First-class data analytical skills, including experience using segmentation modelling and analysing results for direct marketing.
Desirable:
- Experience working with data in the not-for-profit sector
- Experience in using a marketing automation tool such as Mailchimp and or Marketing Cloud
- Interest in walking and/or being an advocate for the outdoors and natural environment.
- Experience of working with Salesforce (ideally NFP) or similar CRM

Blue Marine Foundation is seeking an experienced and reliable Communications Officer to join the busy communications and outreach department of an ambitious and dynamic ocean conservation charity whose mission is to restore the ocean to health. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact in leading communications for the Solent Seascape Project : a five-year, multi-million-pound conservation project delivered by a partnership of ten organisations. The project aims to reconnect the Solent into a functioning seascape by improving the condition, extent, and connectivity of key marine and coastal habitats using protection and restoration initiatives. The role requires someone who can input and deliver the projects communications strategy, with a view to significantly increasing engagement and reach of the project.
Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience. Pro rata to part time hours.

The Talent Set are delighted to be working with an excellent sustainability/ environmental charity to find their new Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator.
The charity offers a flexible working environment, with an expectation of working from their London office 2 days per week.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, Communications and Individual Giving you will work with the Marketing & Communications Team to create, manage, and optimise new and existing digital marketing campaigns which reach, engage and convert target audiences. Channels will include paid search (including Google Ads Grant), paid social media (Meta, X, TikTok and LinkedIn), display advertising and other new channels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create, manage and optimise new paid for digital marketing campaigns for paid search (including Google Ads Grant), paid social media, and display advertising as well as advising on and testing new opportunities.
· Build and manage a new paid advertising function to support the existing social media strategy for the charities campaigns and awareness moments.
· Lead digital marketing activity to drive income through digital fundraising marketing and other conversions, such as opt-ins and volunteer sign ups.
· Support integrated digital marketing and communication campaigns designed to increase the reach and reputation of the charity against agreed KPIs, as well as engagement KPIs.
· Work with the website and content lead to track and analyse paid for advertising campaigns and identify opportunities for optimisation.
· Create engaging digital content and ensure it aligns with the key messages of the wider organisational strategy, testing creative and messaging where possible.
· Work with each internal team to understand how paid digital advertising can best support day to day activities in line with the wider Marketing and Communications Team’s digital plans.
Person Specification:
· Proven experience of planning, executing and delivering successful paid for digital marketing on the major channels (Meta, X, LinkedIn, display, paid search).
· Proven experience of digital targeting and audiences segmentation, on the major channels (Meta, X, LinkedIn, display, paid search).
· Proven experience of successful paid digital fundraising, across social media, web and email.
· Experience in building and managing a digital marketing campaign plan with strong knowledge of paid, owned and earned digital communication channels.
· Experience of creating, delivering and testing engaging content and stories to reach, engage and convert target audiences.
· Experience of producing marketing materials including writing copy and working with designers.
· Strong project coordination and development skills, with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve and monitor the delivery of campaigns and projects on budget against ROIs.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication and copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail.

Assist with maintaining a comms planner. Support colleagues to resolve scheduling jams or gaps to ensure all communications are sent on time and on brand, helping create a culture of forward planning.
Support colleagues with tailored comms and marketing plans for organisational activities and events.
Support the production of reports and publications; liaising with external designers and internal colleagues; proof reading, and coordinating schedules and amendments.
Designing straightforward graphics in Canva for use in email communications and on social media.
Actively contribute to developing the ACF brand by championing the use of house style guides and sharing marketing and comms knowledge to support colleagues.

Job Purpose and Background
CDP is looking for a full-time Senior Marketing Manager, with strong digital marketing expertise, to work as part of an ambitious global marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark in a dynamic, business-facing organization, working to achieve CDP’s mission.
The successful candidate will play a lead role within our global strategic communications and marketing team, providing strategic marketing and digital expertise. The role will report to and work closely with the Director of Brand, supporting the development and delivery of the Global Marketing and Communications plans and campaigns in line with CDP’s strategic goals. You will liaise with internal stakeholders, translating their needs and helping them deliver against business objectives through high quality marketing support, primarily via digital channels. You will be results-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider global comms and marketing team, to ensure that CDP is strategic, influential, coherent and compelling in its engagement with key audiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and support the development, implementation and evaluation of digital-first global marketing plans. Ensure that a fully integrated approach is taken to all campaigns and digital marketing activity is optimized across all digital channels to deliver maximum value in line with key metrics.
- Work closely with the commercial team to develop, deliver and iterate marketing plans that generate quality leads across the product portfolio.
- Oversee and manage CDP’s digital marketing channels, including CRM / email marketing, evolving CDP’s strategic approach to engaging with users, ensuring that all channels follow best practice and deliver maximum value.
- Work closely with marketing, communications and content colleagues globally to ensure a coordinated approach to all digital marketing planning, activity and analytics.
- Work closely with website leads in the marketing team to ensure the role of the global and regional public websites in end-to-end customer journeys is mapped and optimized.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing channels. With knowledge of market and industry digital trends and CDP analysis, share learnings against KPIs widely in order to evolve CDP’s digital marketing practice. Including, in-campaign reporting and optimizing tactics, setting up tracking, improving reporting systems, agreeing attribution metrics.
- Build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders both inside and outside the organization to raise awareness and understanding of strategic marketing best practice and leverage full value from key external partners.
Required skills and experience:
- Substantial experience in digital communications and marketing.
- Strong experience and proven success of developing, implementing and evaluating highly successful cross-channel digital marketing strategies in a B2B environment working closely with sales and business development teams.
- Extensive experience in promoting content on a wide range of digital and traditional platforms;
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and methodologies.
- Experience working with/ utilizing brand guidelines and coordinating to ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Strong analytical and technical skills for tracking set-up, evaluating, reporting and actioning insights.
- User proficiency, or willingness to rapidly develop such, with:
- Creative Suite such as Adobe
- CMS
- CRM and email marketing software– MS Dynamics 365 preferable
- Marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio and others)
- Paid (incl. Google Ad grant) search, display and social media advertising.
- Solid understanding of legal compliance in the areas of digital marketing / data activity.
- Experience writing compelling copy for marketing collateral including webpages, emails, case studies, etc.
- Experience of using market research and insight to inform campaign and message development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and nurture relationships both internally and externally, including complex multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent team skills and the flexibility to work across the business and with global offices.
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to meet deadlines under pressure and manage multiple project and stakeholder demands simultaneously.
- At least the equivalent of 6+ years of relevant B2B experience in digital specialisms, educated to degree level or equivalent, e.g. CIM qualification.
Desired skills and experience:
- Experience working as part of a global team;
- Experience working with global corporations, cities or national or local government;
- Experience working with nonprofits and/or companies on environmental sustainability issue areas.
