We are looking for a fantastic leader to join our Marylebone Project team and oversee our rough sleeper drop-in, activities and EET programmes  at the Project. You will be someone who is experienced in delivering great services for vulnerable people, and work in a dynamic, positive and creative way to achieve the best outcomes for service users and staff alike.  Ideally, you will have experience of working within a Psychologically Informed Environment, modelling and implementing best practice to others and participate in the overall responsibilities of the project.

Salary: £31,165 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Pension: The employee will be assessed under auto-enrollment pension legislation and if eligible, minimum contributions will be made.

Annual Leave: 33 days inclusive of public bank holidays. As the project works on a 24/7 basis, this role will require some evening, weekend and  bank holiday working, as per service need.

Contract: Full Time, Open-ended

DBS: An enhanced DBS check required and compliance with Church Army’s safeguarding policies. Safeguarding training will be required. 

Occupational Requirement: *Positions are exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
Physical requirement: The job regularly involves walking throughout the Project, which is based over 2 sites 100m apart, over a number of floors with stair access. There is also a requirement to travel across London for meetings and service user support. Physical mobility and ability to carry smaller items are required as essential.
