Locum Project Worker (Female*)

Variable hours and pay, all above London Living Wage £10.55 p/h 

To offer services to the Marylebone Project on an as and when basis.

Duties include: Assisting in the provision of a high quality, needs-led support service. Assisting in the provision of a high standard, safe and secure accommodation service for single homeless women. Maintaining good communication between service users, staff and external partners and working within the parameters of the Church Army and Marylebone Project’s policies and procedures.

You will need knowledge of the challenges faced by homeless people, in particular homeless women, with working experience within a customer facing role, providing outstanding service.

It is essential you have an eye for detail and experience in concise report writing. The ability to work without judgement or prejudice with people from a variety of backgrounds. Good verbal and written communication skills. Solid IT skills, possessing the ability to work with the full Microsoft Package. Passion for working with vulnerable women and providing outstanding service. Willingness to work unsociable hours and great customer service skills.
