The role Face to face Fundraising Junior Team Leader
You will work as part of a team of Fundraisers to inspire and motivate members of the general public about Medecins Sans Frontieres’ work. To recruit Direct Debit donors, via face to face fundraising at events and other indoor locations and events around London, whilst ensuring the highest standards of fundraising are maintained. You will be approaching people, building a rapport and asking for monthly donations.
You be will trained in fundraising skills and you will also receive leadership training. Come and join one of the most successful fundraising teams in the country.

Who are they looking for? MSF are on the lookout for bright, passionate, extremely confident people with to join their fundraising campaign. You will have work experience in sales, fundraising, customer service or events.
Will I be trained? Yes. MSF will conduct fundraising skills training as well as regular leadership trainings for this role. Department Fundraising
Hours 37.5 hours per week
Reports to Face to Face Team Coordinator
Salary Your salary equate to £10.75 an hour, rising to £10.97 on completion of targeted induction. Plus travel expenses of £10 per day from London zones.
