Job description

The role of the Service Manager is to provide Melton Mencap with effective leadership and operational management in meeting its charitable objectives and strategic goals.

The Service Manager will work closely with the trustees to deliver the Strategic Plan, employing the resources necessary to ensure sustainability of the organisation. The Service Manager will liaise closely with the Deputy Managers who will undertake specific roles and deputise as required.
