The charity is now looking for a Deputy Fundraising Director to help shape what their Fundraising’s mass engagement will look like, as part of their five year ‘Big Plan’ strategy and defining what they believe the world should look like for people with learning disabilities and their friends and families.
You will need to have great analytical, communication and relationship-building skills. You will also have proven senior-level experience of mass fundraising, individual giving or marketing departments and of defining and implementing strategies to grow income, as well as of leading large audience or customer-led teams.
